Daniel, Joel and Kai have done a fantastic job. They were punctual, tidy and communicated very well. I couldn't have been more impressed by their work.Unfortunately our exerperience was tainted by dealing with reception support staff. I am certain there will be a recurring theme with complaints received. It is unlikely that this is can corrected with further staff training but is more likely to be an issue with personalities that are less suited to customer facing roles.It is a shame to say that I would be hesitant to recommend iPlumb to others because of this experience.I do hope that this can be improved because the plumbers are very good at what they do!

Called this company on recommendation , and it started out very good .We had quite bad roof leaks , and Daniel the owner came out said don't worry this is my forte , there is no leak I can't find .Well he did identify and fix the major ones , but he also recommended that we put in a gutter flashing to completely fix the issue .I gave him the go ahead to do the work , then all communication stopped apart from the office sending me an out standing invoice , I was waiting to pay when we did the last flashing .I rang the office and explained this , and also emailed saying when is Daniel coming to fit the last flashing then .............SILENCEApart from the request for payment .Nice guy , BUT .I will now wait for the generic business response from the office girl Chloe , who is probably the one that said she would get Daniel onto it .The job was in Chirn Park , so you can look it up.

We have commissioned these guys for two big jobs on our house, problems that were due to really flawed house construction. Dealing with these guys took the sting out of the disappointment of having to have these problems fixed. All of their staff have been so patient with our questions, considerate in the conduct, and their expertise is second to none. All the way from my first phone contact with this company they were were very pleasant and clear with their communication. They turned up when they said and using the SMS supplied to track progress we could be there to meet them. The tradesmen and workers were very friendly and clear in what they were doing and how it would be done. I was kept informed by phone as to their progress and taken through the job at its completion. They also supplied me with an extensive set of photos with my invoice that will be submitted to the council to verify my leak so that I might get some bill relief.

iPlumb you've done it again! I'm not one to write reviews unless the service is outstanding and that;s exactly what they provide. We have an investment property on the Gold Coast and live in Melbourne and when issues happen it is impossible to get there. I sent through a video of our hot water system, that was spraying out water. They told me to get my tenants to turn the water valve off on the system and advised they could turn on when they needed a shower. And then they were there in 2 days with a brand new system up and running. If you want someone that isn't going to waste your time and money then I highly recommend you use iPlumb. The ladies in the office are friendly and get the answers you need quickly. And also sent through a picture of the new system when installed you don't get service like that often.

I had two major plumbing issues within the space of a couple of weeks and fortunately for me, iPlumb came highly recommended by my neighbour who is a retired builder. First was a major water leak which Daniel and his team efficiently fixed in quick order. Sue in administration called to confirm jobs and their messaging system alerted me when the boys were on their way. Very professional and efficient. My second issue was a failed hot water system. iPlumb Solutions were recommended to us by Harcourts Coastal, the real-estate agent who sold us our new home. What a great recommendation! After relocating from Melbourne, we moved into an acreage in early January having never lived on acreage before. The guys at iPlumb have helped us with all manner of issues specific to acreage type properties as well as standard household plumbing issues. They also installed a Puretec water filtration system which includes UV protection which most importantly protects our family's drinking water. My wife and I could not be happier. I had a plumbing issue with a water meter and I wasn’t sure what to do. I called Iplumb, and they sent Brad out within a day, and he arrived when they said he would. He was friendly, and didn’t muck around, keeping the costs very reasonable. Compare that to another plumber for a similar repair I had just the day before and they charged me 2 hours for an easy job because he had to go get parts not once, but twice. Don’t waste your time on any google search, call these guys.

Extensive renovations including re-running gas lines (bonus that the team are qualified as gas fitters) Laying of new drainage, water tank, down pipes, toilet and taps. The quality of the work is an outstanding 10/10 but for me the service and communication is up a level - which is hard to find in any service industry. Daniel takes the time out to listen and advise, texts to inform arrival time (last text I missed - sorry Dean LOL), Chloe who is on the ball and gives reminders and always there with answers to questions. Overall the entire team are just straight out genuine and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone with Gas or general plumbing - you won't be disappointed!
